Each episode will investigate a new area of sport, from dance to golf with experts from every industry. Our team of scientists will also be on hand to explain the science behind physical and mental health. Here's what you can do:

  1. Choose something you enjoy; sport doesn't have to be dull

  2. Try to vary your activity, think of lockdown as the perfect time to try new things. 

  3. Get outside! Going on a walk or run in your local area is a great way to exercise and explore where you live. 

  4. Check out the BBC Three YouTube channel for coached exercise videos daily! We have everything from home gymnastics to living room circuits for all ages
