Born and raised in England, Elsie studied journalism at Birmingham University before having a successful travel writing career. In 2018 Elsie decided to swap her travel writing for presenting she says "I decided that travel writing was too separate from the world, as I travelled I realised that my interest was in the people I was meeting ans so I decided to shift my research to focus on them". Elsie founded Roche Productions in 2019 and has teamed up with BBC Three to bring you Health: body and mind. Elsie is bubbly and confident with a very inquisitive streak, alongside her interest in wellbeing that makes her perfect for taking you on the journey of Health: body and mind. Pursuing your questions around sport and wellbeing, as well as her own, Elsie will take you from all corners of the world to bring you the most up to date health information from industry professionals. "I love yoga, and the occasional run, because it makes me feel great but I want to know why and how; that's why I'm so excited about this new documentary".Health: body and mind will see Elsie explore her own experiences with sport and mental health, alongside the experiences of others, so whatever activity you do, be sure that Elsie will leave no stone unturned.
